Education transformation framework

With this project of a future model of school, we want to create six major areas of knowledge. In each one of this areas, we create different subjects that we would like to implement in our school plan, and even more, areas that students and parents could choose. 

The first one would be Science. Within this area we would like to implement activities as a science week, a ecological garden, experiences in the laboratory and different experiments, in the natural environment and inside the laboratory.

The second one would be Arts. In this area, we would like to give to the children different opportunities to develop their artistic skills, as cinema or theatre lectures, and also develop skills as dance or music and playing instruments.

The third would be Culture, where students could work on matters as literature, reading, writing... And also religion, because we think that the study of different religions could be important in youth, but not just the religious aspect, also the cultural one.

Sports and healthy lifestyle would be a important part in our school project, physical activity is important to children development and growing, with these activities we believe that we could help children through a healthy lifestyle.

The study of different Languages, as we see it, is a very important part in education, it give children a opportunity to travel and discover different cultures.

And last but not least, Technologies, and the use of it, is a growing field in our society, and we need to introduce children in an adequate use of media. Within this area, children will also be in contact with modern technologies and useful techniques.

All these areas, together, will provide children a huge set of values related with team spirit in the sports area, environment concern, life experiences with scientific experiments and expression their artistic talents within arts.
